Amazing Tai Chi- Research Article

A new study suggests that tai chi may improve balance for individuals with Parkinson’s disease.

They found that patients in the tai chi group performed better in the stability tests throughout the study. Even better, no serious adverse effects were noted.

If you or a loved one is dealing with Parkinson’s, consider adding tai chi to your integrative therapy program.
