  1. Thanks for the interesting article. I don’t think many people realize that simple changes to diet, exercise or other lifestyle factors can make a huge difference in a person’s health and wellness. Cutting back on sugar, or alcohol, like you say, can be all someone needs.

  3. The link provides a great article on common health problems and their easy solutions. But in my view, people suffering from one of these problems should not take medicines on their own. These are just guidelines that tell about how easy to avoid such problems by common medicines. But they should consult a good physician first.
    Am I correct, Alan?
